An Evening With…Sophy Ball

We are delighted to welcome some of the North East’s finest folk musicians into the studio for an online evening event. There will be time for guests to perform some solo material, and they will also lead a tunes session with us – so bring your instruments to join in from home!
First choice fiddle player for great performers such as Alistair Anderson, Sophy has played in a huge range of bands including the Andy May Trio, Northlands and the Bottle Bank Band. She has performed at festivals and concert halls all over Europe and is also an accomplished tutor and workshop leader.
