(£10) Singer-songwriter, Adam Holden, guitarist and folksinger Maurice Condie and fiddle player Marina Dodgson are folk musicians based in the North East. They are also co-directors of North East music company, Phoenix Folk. The Spaces in Between collaboration incorporates Adam’s solo work, Maurice and Adam’s duo (Another Penny), Marina and Maurice’s duo (Miggins Fiddle) alongside material that they perform all together as a trio.

Performing together as Spaces in Between these creative and experienced musicians offer a mix of original songs and tunes, including favourites from the folk tradition.

Adam Holden | Adam’s songs combine musical sophistication with great melodies to paint lyrical vignettes that draw on immediate social, domestic and natural landscapes.

Miggins Fiddle | Combining traditional fiddle with fingerstyle acoustic guitar to bring a fresh approach to old and new tunes from Northumberland and beyond.

Another Penny | A unique combination of traditional and original songs in carefully crafted arrangements that showcase a dialogue of guitars, piano and other stringed exotica.
