This month (October 2026), we’re playing a fun set of tunes modified for halloween (feel free to dress up for your videos!) and an atmospheric Welsh tune in E minor from our new session tunebook:
- Halloween set: John Ryan’s Polka, Egan’s Polka (minorised)
- Morfa’r Frenhines (Queen’s Bog)
Key dates for the October 2026 ensemble are as follows:
-
- Zoom rehearsal: Saturday 24th October 4.30pm UK time (if you can’t attend, you can view the recording instead)
- Recordings: Please send these in by 10pm (UK time) on Friday 30th October (or 12 noon on Saturday 31st October, by arrangement)
- Video release: We’ll aim to release the ensemble videos by the Monday after the deadline
